主持人：大家好，欢迎收看大型网络访谈节目《当红生态人物》，我是主持人郭怡。我们今天请到的嘉宾是今年刚评上鹏城环保人物的龚小森老师，她会给我们带来怎样的故事呢？让我们掌声有请——龚小森老师！

龚小森：大家好，主持人好！

Host: Hello everyone, welcome to the largescale online interview program "Popular Eco-People", I am the host, Guo Yi. Today our guest is Ms. Gong Xiaosen, who has just been awarded the title of Representative Environmentalist of Peng city this year. Let's give applause for Ms.Gong!

首先恭喜您获得了鹏城环保人物的称号。我们知道深圳近些年在大力整治污水，改善生态环境质量，并取得了卓越的成效。您作为一名“河小二”，在这过程中也起到了很重要的作用，您可以介绍一下作为一名“河小二”的心路历程么，有什么酸甜苦辣的故事可以跟我们分享一下么？

Host: First of all, congratulations on your winning the title of Representative Environmentalist of Peng city. We know that Shenzhen has made great efforts to clean up sewage and improve the ecological environment quality in recent years, and achieved remarkable results. As a "Hexiaoer", you are playing a very important role in the environment protection process. Could you introduce your journey as a "Hexiaoer"? Any stories to share with us?

龚小森：非常感谢大家给予我这个称号，我感觉压力很大，因为这让我没有退路了，我要在大家的督促下将生态环保路一直走下去。其实在守护大沙河的起初，参与人不多，沙河尚护河U站很偏僻，没有直达车辆。有时，我下班后要到U站来值守到9点10点才离开，因为U站有一项每天都需要检测水质的项目。其实我是一直在公益路上等待志同道合的人，中途有过想放弃的念头，不过，在领导们的开导下我渡过了与自己对抗艰苦时期，让自己不管在什么时候都保持着对生活的激情和温度。比较幸运的是，我现在已经找到了志同道合的人而且也组建起了骨干团队，大家都会齐心协力做好每一次的志愿服务活动，我们还承接了好多项目，如青少年环保教育基地、环卫之家、南山区垃圾分类环境生态园接待、与企业接对生态环保等等，这个假期也面临接受青少年社区实践活动的任务，像去年暑假，我们接待了近8000人次的学生社区实践。

Gong Xiaosen: Feeling much honored to win the title. It means that a heavy burden has been placed on my shoulder. I will keep going on the road of ecological and environmental protection. In fact, at the beginning of the guarding of the Dasha River, not many people were involved, as the remote location made it difficult to get around. Sometimes, I have to come to U station after work to guard until 9 or10 pm, because U Station has a daily water quality test program. I have been waiting for like-minded people on the road of public welfare. I even had the idea of giving up halfway. However, under the guidance of my managers, I went through the difficult period of fighting against myself, so that I could keep the passion for life no matter when. Fortunately, I have already found like-minded people and also formed the backbone of the team. Everyone is making efforts to the volunteer services. We also undertake a lot of projects, including the youth environmental education base, the environmental sanitation home, the garbage classification environmental ecological park reception in Nanshan District, and some environmental collaborations with enterprises. The practice tracks with the youth community undergo every summer. Last summer holiday, nearly 8,000 people participated in the student community practice.

主持人：

我们的队伍也在不断壮大，从最开始不到两百人到如今上千人次，还吸引不少市民参与护河工作。您觉得是什么原因吸引大家参与到环保的活动中?

Host: An increasing number of people have been joining us. Initially, our members are less than two hundred, now, thousands of people are involved. Besides, it has attracted lots of citizens being willing to participate in the river protection. What do you think about the reason of this new trend?

龚小森：

其实能够吸引到学生和市民参与，主要是我们沙河尚护河U站发挥了志愿服务阵地应有的作用。我们严格规范U站管理制度，注重义工的专项技能要求，每天会在群里发一些专业知识、新政策等，创造一种学习型，不断进步型的U站。要求每个值守义工要做到有爱、有趣、有料、会带队（三有一会）的标准。在这基础上加上特色活动才吸引到更多的人，值守义工要多看书多读报，了解实事、政策。我们的感恩教育在去年也成了U站的品牌课，好多家长慕名前来参加“水知识”课堂。我们还会给孩子们播放垃圾分类等环保视频，高中生骨干还把垃圾分类知识用“狼人杀”的方式玩起来，开心的来开心的离开。

Gong Xiaosen: As far as I am concerned, the main reason could be that our special U station has fully played its role as a platform for volunteering services. We have implemented strict regulations for its operation and attach great importance to the specific techniques that volunteers need to acquire. Every day we share knowledge and new policies to the online groups to foster a learning-oriented station. Volunteers are required to be warm-hearted, enthusiastic and energetic. Besides, they need to possess enough leaderships skills. Only when every volunteer is up to those standards, the method of adding other special activities to attract more people is accessible. So, it is necessary for volunteers to know more about current issues and policies regarding environmental protection through reading relevant books and newspapers as much as possible. The program “Gratitude Education” has become the typical course in our station since last year, attracting a number of parents participating in our “Water Knowledge” class. What’s more, we will play some videos about rubbish classification to help children better understand it. Some high school students learned it through playing a game named “Werewolves Killing”, which made them feel quite pleasant for spending time here.

主持人：从2017年起，您利用业余时间负责深圳首个护河特色U站的工作，可以介绍一下护河站工作么？

Host: We know that you have taken the responsibility for the operation of the first special U station for protecting rivers in Shenzhen since 2007. Could you share something about your work?

龚小森：

“沙河•尚”护河志愿服务站，位于深圳大沙河入海口、大沙河生态长廊的起点、深圳湾公园和大沙河生态长廊的交界处（地处要塞），是深圳首个护水特色U站。它集成治水宣传、水质监测、青少年教育、志愿服务等多种功能，是护水治水志愿者的重要阵地。

其中主要的服务内容有：开展青少年环保手工课堂、青少年环保绘画课、变废为宝课程、红领巾宣讲课、水质检测、巡河、U站便民服务（提供冷热水、茶水、手机充电、单车充气、图书漂流等）、环保图书阅读分享、爱水馆等服务等。除此之外还有一些特色项目：环保小卫士、环保绘画、变废为宝、环保阅读分享、漂流护水U站、青少年环保教育基地、青少年维权岗、感恩教育课、普法宣传等。我们还有全国独特创新魅力：青少年学生环保小课题及护水小发明假日模式。

Gong Xiaosen: The service station is located at the estuary of the Dasha River in Shenzhen, the starting point of the Dasha River Ecological Corridor, and the junction of Shenzhen Bay Park and the Dasha River Ecological Corridor (located in the fortress). It is the first U station with water conservation features in Shenzhen. It integrates multiple functions such as water control publicity, water quality monitoring, youth education, and voluntary services. It is an important camp for water protection and water control volunteers.

To improve the awareness of environmental protection, we have designed a series of courses aiming at teenagers to teach them manual painting and how to turn “waste” into wealth. Besides, we also provide various services: water quality monitoring, rivers cruising and other activities like books sharing and aquarium conserving. Convenience services like both hot and cold-water offerings, tea-drinking, mobile phone charging, bike wheels inflating, and even book circulation are available. In addition, there are some special projects: environmental protection guards, environmental protection paintings, turning waste into treasure, environmental reading sharing, drifting water protection station, youth environmental protection education base, youth rights protection post, gratitude education class, law popularization, etc. We also have the unique charm of innovation in the country: the environmental protection project for young students and the holiday model of water conservation.

Sharing Experience

主持人：在不到三年的时间内，您就组建起了骨干团队，并吸引了更多人参与到环保活动中来，这并不是一件容易的事情，您是如何快速建立骨干团队的？

Host: It’s not easy to set up a backbone team and attract more people to participate in environmental activities in less than three years. How did you quickly set up the backbone team?

龚小森：

志愿者骨干团队是柔性管理的团队，不能象企业或者 单位里的人员那样，有要求有标准时也要有弹性，是大家共同进步、共同提升的过程。大家相互鼓励，相互支持，组建这个骨干团队困难也挺多的，也就象淘宝一样找到志同道的人一起做点有意义的事情过程，我们的骨干就是一些有热情有激情的人群。

Gong Xiaosen: Unlike an enterprise, the volunteer backbone team is a flexible group with mandatory and flexible requirements. Volunteering requires everyone to encourage and support each other to make progress. There are also many difficulties in forming this backbone team. It is necessary to find like-minded people. Our backbone is a group of people with passion.

主持人：疫情期间，您的工作有没有什么变化？对护河活动有没有什么影响？

Host: Has your work changed during the epidemic? Does it have any impact on river protection activities?

龚小森：

疫情期间，全市U站都不能开放，我们骨干就不定期到U站消毒，维护U站清净，随时做好开站准备。在初中生、高中生群里宣传疫情防范的方法，转官方信息给大家，相互鼓励。5月份开站后，对参与护河治水的人相对减少，我们骨干会议就一起讨论接受团队的预约，增加青少年的参与率，趁参与低的情况下创新项目，骨干们各个在家制作变废为宝的手工作品，变着花样来吸引青少年参与环保教育中来。关注社会问题，对应想办法去参与，加入到维护生态环境要从小做起，才能形成环保习惯的理念中。

Gong Xiaosen: During the epidemic, U stations remain closed. Our team come to U station for disinfection from time to time, ready to open the station at any time. We publicize methods of epidemic prevention and forward official information among junior and high school students. After the re-opening in May, the number of people participating in the protection of the river has been relatively reduced.

We consider accepting group appointments, starting innovative projects to increase the participation rate of young people. Many members use recycled waste to make handmade works to attract young people to participate in environmental protection. Paying attention to social issues, actively participating, and starting from a young age will help to form environmental protection habits.

主持人：我们看到，除了U站的工作，您还担任深圳市南山区生态环保青年志愿者协会会长，获得“南山区最美志愿者”“深圳市十佳志愿者河长”称号。2006年至今，您累计参与志愿服务时间超过4000小时。参与志愿活动这么多年，并在不同职位发光发热，是什么支撑您一直奋战在环保的第一线？

Host：Besides the work of U station, you also serve as the president of Ecological Environment Protection Youth Volunteer Association of Nanshan District inShenzhen, and win the title of "the most beautiful volunteer in Nanshan District" and "top ten volunteer river chief of Shenzhen City". Since 2006, you have participated in volunteer service for more than 4,000 hours. What supports you to fight in the front line of environmental protection all the time?

龚小森：其实我参与志愿服务时间长了，就养成了没事就找志愿服务项目的习惯，不自觉的关注社会问题，就会针对性的设计解决方案，组织志愿者参与的习惯。只要有时间就去参与。真正支持我一直在环保一线的力量是家长和身边的朋友，在志愿服务团队中，身边都是亲人和朋友，虽然父母不在身边，但在志愿者这个大家庭里，有像父母一样关心我的义工亲人，大家相互鼓励，共同进步，在志愿服务群体中找到自己的发光点。

Gong Xiaosen: In fact, I have been involved in volunteer service for a long time, so I unconsciously developed the habit of looking for volunteer service projects. As long as I find a certain social problem, I will design solutions specifically and organize volunteers to participate. As long as I have time, I will participate. It is my parents and my friends who really support me. In the volunteer service team, there are volunteers who care about me like family. Here, we encourage each other and finds our own shining points.

今后计划

Future Plans

主持人：作为多年的环保人士，您对环境保护有什么愿景么？对未来有什么期待么？

Host：As an environmentalist for many years, do you have any vision for environmental protection? Do you have any expectations for the future?

龚小森：就像歌词里唱的“人人都奉献一点爱，世界将变成美好的人间”，生态环保需要每个人做海中的那一滴水，汇集成为美丽的蓝色海洋。人人都有环保意识、养成良好的环保习惯。

Gong Xiaosen: Just like the lyric sings, "Everyone sacrifices a little love, the world will become a beautiful place", ecological environment protection requires everyone to be a drop of water in the sea, the gather into the beautiful blue ocean. I hope everyone is aware of environmental protection and form good habits for it.

主持人：《当红生态》一直以来的梦想，是将世界各地环保人士的故事或者经验分享给更多的人，以促使形成更好的生态文明。您对《当红生态》有什么寄语吗？

Host: The dream of Popular Ecology has always been to share the stories or experience of the worldwide environmentalists with more people, so as to promote the formation of a better ecological civilization. Do you have any wishes for Popular Ecology?

龚小森：其实我应该向专业的人士多学习，将自己学到的生态环保知识传播给更多的人，我们每个人都是环保故事里的角色，做最好的自己，和《当红生态》一起与共同参与到生态环保、生态文明的建设当中来，那么人人都是环保人物。

Gong Xiaosen: In fact, I’m supposed to learn from other professionals, and spread my knowledge of ecological environmental protection to more people. Each of us is a role in the environmental protection story. Participate in environmental protection and ecological civilization with Popular Ecology, to be the best of you as an environmental protection figure.
